Cancelling your subscription

How to cancel

Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription. Confirm. Done.

What happens next

• You keep full access until the end of your current billing period.
• After that, you drop to the Free plan: 1 nugget per day, no personalization beyond your declared goals, no Vault.
• We never delete your account, your Vault, or your Constellation. They stay if you ever come back.

Refunds

If you cancel within 14 days of starting a paid plan, we refund automatically. After that, no pro-rated refunds, but you keep access until the period ends.

Trial

The 14-day trial cancels itself if you don't add payment. We don't auto-charge surprise customers. You'll get an email three days before the trial ends.
