- Open Scans and choose the scan you have completed.
- Open the retake or history view.
- If a retake is available, follow the start action and answer as you are today.

If retake is unavailable
Check the availability date and any plan message shown in the app. Some scans have a waiting period or a plan limit. Returning to the page does not reset either restriction.
Your history
Completed attempts stay in your scan history. Where comparison is available, review the change alongside the explanations rather than treating every difference as improvement.
