Review Collection Systems and Process Design

Design a systematic process to collect participant reviews immediately after training completion.

Passive review collection rarely works; training providers must design active systems that request feedback at optimal moments. The most effective timing is within 24-48 hours after course completion, when the learning experience is fresh but participants have begun applying knowledge. Effective systems use multiple channels: email surveys, SMS requests, in-app prompts on platforms, and follow-up conversations. Providers should make review submission frictionless—ideally one or two clicks—while requesting specific, honest feedback. Incentivizing reviews (discounts on future courses, certification bonuses) can increase participation rates.
