Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Premium is month-to-month. Cancel from your account settings and you'll keep access until the end of the billing period. Business plans can cancel at the end of any monthly term with no early-termination fee.
Do you offer refunds?
14 day money-back guarantee on Premium, no questions asked. Business pilots are free for one month (30 days). Email hello@tryomie.com and we'll process it within 2 business days.
Monthly vs annual: which saves more?
Annual on Premium is $79 / year ($6.58 per month equivalent), compared with $108 for 12 monthly payments of $9: a saving of $29, about 3 months free. Business is $132 per seat per year ($11 per month equivalent), compared with $180 for 12 monthly payments of $15: a saving of $48.
Why is the team minimum 3 seats?
Business unlocks the manager dashboard and Kirkpatrick L1 to L4 metrics, which need a cohort to be meaningful. Below 3 seats the dashboard would just show three solo learners, so we steer those teams to Premium instead.
Is enterprise SSO available?
Yes. SSO is included on Business at no extra cost, and SCIM provisioning is coming. We support Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace, and any SAML 2.0 IdP. Custom IdP integrations are available on request.
How long is the trial?
Premium is a 14-day free trial. Checkout asks for a card, and nothing is charged until the trial ends. Business pilots are free for one month (30 days), with a kickoff call and a dedicated CS partner. Personal stays free forever · no trial needed.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, SEPA direct debit, and iDEAL. Business plans on annual terms can also pay by invoice with net-30 terms.
Which currencies do you support?
USD, EUR, GBP, and CHF. Pricing is locked in your local currency at signup and won't change at renewal. Invoices include VAT where required.
