The four cards
Engagement. Active learners, daily completion rate, current streaks. Engagement-only metrics, not outcomes.
Skills coverage. Which of your team's focus skills are being practised, and by whom. Catches the silent-drift problem (everyone "learning" but nobody touching the skill you actually need).
Mastery uplift. Estimated improvement on each focus skill over the last 30 days, derived from completed nuggets, scan deltas, and self-reported confidence. This is your real signal; engagement is the leading indicator, mastery is the lag.
Behaviour change (Kirkpatrick L3). Manager + peer observation prompts: did the new behaviour show up in their actual work? Optional, opt-in per teammate.

What the dashboard does not show
- Who finished what nugget. We don't surveil reading habits, only aggregate completion.
- Reflections or Ada conversations. Always private to the learner.
- Time spent. Time-on-task is a vanity metric and we won't display it.
How often to look
Weekly is plenty. Daily checking will make you anxious and won't make your team learn faster. The dashboard updates every hour; the underlying mastery numbers only meaningfully shift on a 7–14-day cadence.
Acting on it
The dashboard surfaces three suggested actions every Monday: a praise to send, a nudge to push, and (sometimes) a 1:1 prompt. These are one-click. See Setting up your team for how to enable them.
