Core question What are the four words to ask before approving an access-control change? Think permission grammar. Subject, object, action, and context: who is acting, what they are touching, what operation they want, and what conditions narrow permission. The server must know who is acting, which object is affected, what operation is requested, and which tenant, relationship, role, or state constrains it. Compare Route check or object check?
