From Reflection To Action

Use a shortened Gibbs cycle to convert reflection into a concrete action plan.

A stakeholder meeting became defensive, and the learner needs a better next behavior. Description -> feelings -> evaluation -> analysis -> conclusion -> action plan. Reflection that stops at self-critique can feel productive while leaving behavior unchanged. I talked too much and need to be better with stakeholders. When challenged, I defended before diagnosing the concern; next time I will ask for the riskiest assumption first. Describe State what happened without judgment.
