Translate an ABC finding into a specific activity-based management action.
An ABC number earns its keep only when it changes a decision. Teach Activity-based management is the action layer on top of ABC. ABC tells you where activities are consumed and what they cost. ABM asks what to do with that knowledge. Some actions are operational: reduce rework, standardize handoffs, automate claims, remove duplicate approvals, or improve first-pass yield. Other actions are strategic: change prices, redesign service tiers, shift customers to lower-cost channels, change product architecture, or stop promising unpriced complexity.
