Use RACI language to clarify ownership for a cross-functional meeting deliverable.
Default owner risk Four teams are involved in Friday's customer advisory meeting, but all unresolved work is drifting toward the assistant. If ownership stays vague, the coordinator becomes the catch-all accountable person without decision rights. RACI Make the invisible owner visible Separate who does work from who signs off.
