Make the Owner Visible Before You Coordinate
Name responsible, accountable, consulted, and informed roles before coordinating a cross-functional admin task.
If nobody owns the outcome, the admin will inherit the blame. RACI turns vague helpfulness into explicit operating roles. Administrative work crosses many people: the executive who approves, the admin who coordinates, finance that supplies policy, legal that reviews terms, and attendees who only need the final update. Without role clarity, the admin becomes the invisible owner because they touched the workflow. RACI names Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, and Informed. Responsible does the work.
