Create a defensible first article inspection package by linking every characteristic to accountable evidence.
A first production clevis needs AS9102-style evidence by noon: 62 characteristics, anodize, material certs, and a drawing note about break edges. Balloon every design requirement, connect each balloon to evidence, and treat materials and special processes as product characteristics, not attachments. The common shortcut is measuring only numbered dimensions and assuming drawing notes, material callouts, and process certs are covered somewhere else.
