After three interviews, choose an opportunity branch, not a feature winner
Choose the strongest next move after an initial set of customer interviews.
Three interviews can reveal repeated friction, but they almost never justify a solution winner. Continuous discovery and OST sequencing say the next move is to synthesize opportunities, choose one target branch, and only then generate multiple solution ideas. Moving earlier to features collapses discovery into opinion. Waiting only for more interviews can also be weak when meaningful patterns already exist; you want enough evidence to map the space, not endless evidence to avoid a decision.
