Empiricism Needs Visible Facts

Explain how transparency, inspection, and adaptation convert Scrum events into learning loops.

The question is not 'Did we hold Scrum?' The question is 'What did we learn soon enough to adapt?' The Three-Part Loop Transparency means the work, risks, and artifact state can be seen by the people making decisions. Inspection means the team actually looks at that information against a goal. Adaptation means the team changes something: scope, sequence, policy, pairing, test strategy, or backlog order. Kanban makes this concrete with workflow visualization and active flow management.
