Structure an agent workflow as an improvement loop with an explicit check and adjustment step.
The teach PDCA keeps agent workflows from becoming repeated guesses. Plan the task, sources, constraints, and acceptance criteria. Do the run at a bounded scale. Check the output against examples, reviewers, and known edge cases. Act by changing the workflow before the next run. The important part is that "Check" is not a vibe. It is a comparison against a standard. If an agent draft is readable but omits required evidence, the Check failed.
