Turn Agent Output into a Verified Patch
Apply PDCA after an agent generates code to verify and improve the patch before merge.
An agent PR fixes disabled Save feedback in settings but also changes validation timing. PDCA review: Plan criteria -> Do verification -> Check drift -> Act on the next patch The common trap is reviewing the agent's final summary instead of comparing the diff to the original acceptance criteria. Plan Acceptance: show why Save is disabled, preserve validation rules, add one disabled-state test. Restating the plan gives review a standard before opinions start.
