Write The Rubric Before You Read
Create a short task-specific rubric before evaluating an AI answer.
If you decide whether an AI answer is good after you read it, the answer gets to set the standard. That is backwards. > Criteria first. Judgment second. Name The Job Start with the job the output must do. A customer email, a data summary, a legal-sensitive policy note, and a brainstorming list should not share the same definition of quality.
