Use a Plan-Do-Study-Act loop to diagnose and respond to a production model performance drop.
Model ops incident A routing model is underperforming in production. Several teams have plausible explanations. A rushed retrain can hide a data pipeline issue and leave the real failure in place. PDSA loop Plan -> Do -> Study -> Act Use a small learning loop: define the hypothesis, run the least disruptive check, compare evidence, then choose the action.
