Draft Feedback With SBI Before You Hit Send
Use SBI to prompt AI for fairer, more usable manager feedback drafts.
The teach AI can improve wording, but it cannot rescue fuzzy evidence. SBI fixes that upstream. Start with: Situation: the exact meeting, handoff, message, or deadline. Behavior: what a camera or transcript could capture. Impact: the concrete consequence.
