Sort data types into safe AI-use categories.

Place each data type in the safest AI-use category. Use the categories as policy instincts. When unsure, choose the more cautious category and ask the data owner. Usually okay in public AI Approved tool with masking Do not paste A public NIST AI RMF summary A generic customer objection with no identifiers A masked support excerpt with names and IDs removed Aggregated churn reasons by segment API key, password, token, or secret Raw customer file with names, emails, account IDs, and billing details
