An AI inventory is not a procurement list. It is the maintained governance record that lets the organization know what AI exists, who owns it, and what risk work is due. Minimum useful fields At minimum, capture owner, purpose, user group, affected people, input data, output use, vendor or internal model, deployment status, risk classification, last review, required evidence, and material-change trigger.
