Do not let AI activity masquerade as AI value. Build the benefit chain first. A logic model separates what the organization funds from what the organization gets. Inputs are the tool, data, enablement time, licenses, and support. Activities are what people do with those inputs. Outputs are immediate artifacts such as drafts, summaries, analyses, or resolved tickets. Outcomes are changes in behavior or performance. Impact is the durable business result.
