Start With the Job, Not the AI Tool
Frame an AI opportunity around the user's job, struggle, and desired progress before proposing a tool.
The use case is not the tool. It is the job the tool might help someone complete. Why job framing matters Jobs to Be Done asks what progress a person is trying to make in a real situation. That lens is especially important for AI because AI ideas are easy to name and hard to justify.
