Turn Threats into a Turnaround Plan
Classify a turnaround problem as a threat, error, or undesired state before choosing a recovery move.
A late turn is not one problem. It is a chain forming in real time. TEM gives airline operations teams a shared map for that chain. It asks: what is the threat, what error could we make under that pressure, and what undesired state must we avoid?
