Answer First, Then Prove It
Structure an advisory recommendation as answer, reasons, and evidence.
The client should inspect your logic, not hunt for it. The Pyramid Principle improves advisory communication by putting the answer first, then grouping the reasons underneath it in a logical order. Senior clients do not need the advisor's entire path of discovery before they hear the recommendation. They need the conclusion, the few reasons that support it, and the evidence that makes those reasons defensible. The mechanism is cognitive load.
