Commit to a specific scope-control sentence for a real architecture project situation.
Use a change-control line on a real architecture-practice request that adds an option, workshop, drawing, consultant coordination task, or client decision output. Best fit: a concept review, planning call, fee discussion, design-team meeting, or consultant coordination call where someone asks for extra work without naming the tradeoff. When [client/team] asks for [extra architecture service], I will say: "That could be valuable because [client/project value]. It changes [scope/stage/deliverable], so we can [add fee/time], [swap/de-scope], or [defer to stage/date]."
