Move Practice Risk Out of Memory

Create a simple risk register that links architecture project risks to owners and review dates.

Risk management is memory made visible. Risk is uncertainty against an objective A risk is not a task and not a complaint. It is something uncertain that could affect the project objective: approval, budget, quality, time, safety, or fee. The row must cause action Useful rows include owner, response, trigger, and review date. Without those, the register becomes theater: it records anxiety without changing behavior. Practice risks repeat Planning evidence, client approvals, consultant delays, unclear exclusions, and information quality appear across projects. Logging them teaches the practice where standard controls are needed.
