Create a specific follow-up commitment for one service-recovery situation.
Service-recovery callback Use an if-then plan to call a customer after a specific automotive service-risk cue. When [specific service-risk cue] happens, then I will call the customer before [time] and say: "I want to acknowledge [specific impact]. Here is the current status: [fact].
