Respond to objections about structured analytical thinking with a speed-and-risk framing.
A stakeholder wants to skip issue-tree structure during a high-pressure problem review. This is too much structure. We do not have time for a MECE tree; just pull the data and fix it. I agree we need speed. Give me seven minutes for a first split so every data pull answers the same parent question. If the split does not focus the next move, we drop it.
