A teammate interrupts a protected focus block with a request that sounds quick but is not blocking an immediate business outcome. Can I grab you for one minute? I just need a quick answer before I send this around. I am in a protected block until 10:30. If this is blocking a deadline before then, tell me the one decision you need.
