A sponsor wants to skip agenda design for a high-stakes alignment or decision meeting. We do not have time for an agenda. Just get everyone in a room. I will keep it lean. To make the hour pay off, I need three things before we invite people: the exact decision or output, who owns the final call, and the evidence the room needs.
