Everyone is overloaded right now. We all just need to push a little harder for the next stretch. I get that the pressure is shared. That is exactly why I want to make the tradeoff explicit now. If all of this stays fixed, the hidden cost becomes quality, recovery, or both. Which outcome do you want protected most? The response does not argue about whether pressure exists. It reframes shared pressure as a reason to prioritize. That keeps the conversation operational and prevents vague solidarity from becoming a permission slip for invisible burnout.
