Recognize and remove low-signal opening phrases before the main point.
Ravi is sending a mobile-read update. The before version warms up; the after version starts with the useful news. Before: the opening spends its first breath warming up. After: the main update gets the first slot. The throat-clearing disappeared. Phrases like "just wanted to" make the writer feel polite but make the reader wait. The one-breath update moved first.
