Use a quick-reference deck to recall body-language moves in live work.

A teammate’s body language suggests resistance, but naming that directly would embarrass them in front of the room. “I am fine with it.” “Let me pause before we lock this. When we moved to ownership, the room got quieter. What risk or constraint should we name before we decide?” This response handles the objection without accusing anyone.
