The B-C-C Cue Check
Use a quick-reference deck to recall body-language moves in live work.
BCC What does B-C-C mean before reading a cue? What should you do before interpreting crossed arms? Check temperature, comfort, baseline, and whether other cues changed at the same time. Single gestures are weak evidence. Lean in or ease back? Match the move to their regulation need. Someone says “fine” with a tight expression.
