Revenue is not the whole instrument. A school can grow while quality becomes brittle. The Balanced Scorecard forces a four-part view. Financial measures show whether the model works: tuition retained, average revenue per student, and collection accuracy. Family measures show whether people value the experience: renewal rate, parent satisfaction, referrals, and complaints resolved. Internal process measures show whether the school runs reliably: inquiry response time, make-up processing time, room utilization, and trial follow-up. Learning and growth measures show whether the teaching system is improving: teacher coaching, curriculum calibration, peer observation, and staff retention. The point is not to track everything.…
