Build a Bowtie for a GPU Cable Hazard

Use a bowtie structure to separate threats, top event, consequences, and barriers for a ground-operations hazard.

Temporary GPU cable routing crosses the normal baggage tug lane at Stand 14 during construction. Bowtie analysis: threats -> preventive barriers -> top event -> recovery barriers -> consequences The common trap is treating 'be careful' as a barrier. Bowtie analysis asks what physically, procedurally, or organizationally prevents the top event and what limits harm if it occurs.
