Build a Duplicate Review Queue
Use Pareto focus to review the duplicates that create most risk.
A support export has 9,400 possible duplicate contacts. Nobody will review them all, and auto-merging risks losing VIP history. Pareto analysis focuses effort on the categories or cases that create most impact. In duplicate cleaning, that means ranking candidates by business risk: revenue attached, open tickets, conflicting identifiers, and match confidence. The queue should send high-impact ambiguous cases to humans while auto-resolving low-risk exact duplicates.
