Build A Question Funnel, Not An Open Mic

Design Q&A flow so employee questions produce clarity instead of random airtime.

The fastest question is not always the most useful question. Cluster by underlying concern Many employee questions are different versions of the same worry. Group them by the concern they represent, not by exact wording. Sequence for sensemaking A strong Q&A often moves from context to impact to action.
