Apply a repeatable sanitization sequence to an AI prompt before sending it.
Raw note: named customer, private discount, exact outage time, incident root cause, and a legal phrase marked for internal use only. Task: draft a customer update. Preserve role, goal, audience, tone, and constraints; remove identifiers, secrets, and unnecessary sensitive facts. The common shortcut is to remove only the customer name.
