Design a backstage board for a 20-minute CEO Q&A with 200 expected employee questions. Question triage: answer live, combine themes, route to owner, written follow-up, or cannot answer with reason. The trap is treating fairness as strict order. In a large town hall, strict order can bury the most important theme, reward duplicate phrasing, and leave accountability questions unanswered because they arrived late.
