Write an incident note that captures observable facts without speculation or unsafe details.
A team log contains a vague incident note after a high-volume skincare loss: "Three shady people stole a bunch and ran." The 4-block incident note: basics -> behavior -> merchandise and route -> safety and evidence. The common trap is writing emotional labels.
