Build deliberate practice loops instead of random repetition

Design a practice session that isolates a single bottleneck, adds feedback, and repeats at the edge of current ability.

The teaching Deliberate practice is not working harder; it is working smarter. Pick one task boundary that causes the most friction and make that your practice target. Each repetition should include a clear success signal. If you cannot tell whether you improved, you are training speed, not skill. When you remove uncertainty from 'what counts as improvement', your next cycle becomes faster and more transferable across projects.
