The business rule says: "High-value claims need extra approval." It is directionally useful but ambiguous for design and testing. Use Given for context, When for the triggering action, and Then for the expected system outcome. The novice move is to write "System handles high-value claims correctly." That repeats the rule but hides the threshold, status, approver, and audit expectation.
