Cadence Should Reduce Risk, Not Multiply Meetings

Choose a ritual cadence by matching the feedback loop to the work and cost of delay.

A recurring ritual should exist because waiting longer would make the team worse at the work. Match frequency to feedback need Daily loops fit fast-moving coordination risk.
