Your Calendar Is a Capacity Plan

Use time-blocking to translate prioritized tasks into realistic calendar capacity.

A list says what matters. A block says when it will happen. Demand versus capacity Task lists are useful, but they hide the size of the day. Time-blocking forces the planning question into the calendar: where will this actually fit? This protects you from carrying a heroic list into a meeting-heavy day.
