Build a Quality Loop, Not a One-Off Fix
Use a small PDSA cycle to improve one carpentry process before scaling it to the whole job.
The first piece should teach the next thirty pieces. Plan Name the exact change and the result you expect. "Add a stop block to the casing jig so every return is 7/8 inch without measuring again" is a better plan than "be more accurate." Do Try the change where failure is cheap. Use scrap, the back of a panel, one opening, one cabinet, or one mockup. Keep the test small enough that you can afford to learn. Study and act Compare the result to the prediction.
