Use Pareto thinking to identify the highest-leverage prep constraint before an event.
A busy board can hide the one constraint that matters. Count Impact, Not Noise Pareto thinking asks you to rank categories by contribution to the problem. In catering, that means tracking misses in a way that lets patterns show up: late loadout, wrong counts, missing equipment, unclear allergens, line congestion, poor replenishment, or client communication gaps.
