Define an early win that is visible, credible, and tied to adoption.
A short-term win is evidence, not applause. Leaders often confuse launch activity with progress. Completed training, published FAQs, and attendance numbers matter, but they do not prove the change is taking hold. A short-term win should show that people did the new behavior and the system got better because of it. Visible People can see it and understand it quickly.
