Urgency Without Panic
Create a change urgency message that is specific, credible, and calm.
Urgency is a clarity move, not a volume knob. A weak change launch says, "The market is changing, so we need everyone on board." The sentence is true, but it gives people no handle. They do not know what changed, why now matters, or whether leadership is using urgency as cover for a decision already made. A strong launch creates a shared read of reality.
