PDSA a Reminder Test

Design a small PDSA test for appointment reminders.

The clinic has a 19 percent no-show rate for new patients on Mondays and Tuesdays. Plan -> Do -> Study -> Act on one small reminder change Changing all reminders, adding fees, and increasing call volume at once would make it impossible to know which change helped or harmed. Plan Aim: increase confirmation replies for Tuesday new patients from 52 percent to 70 percent over one week. Prediction: adding parking, form link, and reply-Y will reduce uncertainty.
